Summer is finally here, I think.. Weather suppose to get into the
80's & 90's this week-end..But for me that is just too hot, so
still no time outside..
This week we are all abou summer time themes. For my card
this week I have chosen to use (Fire Cracker) from

I love this these little ants getting ready for
the 4th. For the top half of my card I embossed
it with my Fireworks folder and just colored it in
too look like fireworks.
My Sentiment is from Free Coloring pages on line.
All my papers are scraps..Keeping to the promise
I made to myself to use up as much as I can before
cutting into more full sheets..

I hope your week is fun filled and the weather is good.

Goodmorning. I hope your having a fabulous day.
I am enjoying the early days of Summer Break from work.
My card this week is all about celebrating the 4th of July
This little gal is a Meljens  image. She is
just a little cutie pie.. My paper is from my
scrap bucket, which I made a deal with myself
that I WOULD use my scraps up. I found these
little pin wheels in the dollar bend at JoAnn's. The
littel flowers are from a yard sale that I recently went to,
and the Sentiment tag is from Joleen's.

what you enjoy.

TSC- Challnege #68 Step Card

Hello everyone.. It has been a very busy week-end with our 2 year old
grandson. Thank goodness I had this card almost finished when I got home.
This weeks challenge is sponsored by Bugaboo. Love there images..
So my image is called " Watering Can with  Roses. Such a
fun and very versitile image to work with. I am working
hard to use up my scraps as fast as I can so the back
ground green is from my scrap bend. I used my Martha Stewart
edge punch to make a border than runs down the side, but because
I used white you can't reall see it, Then I had these button stickers
and thought it really made my heart pop. I used some assorted
flower petals to make my flower and the bee is from way back
when I had my Cricut.
I hope that you will join us this week with you favorite Step Card
and enter our challenge at Tammy's Scrapin Corner.

Hope you had a fabulous week-end
and happy Scrapin

TSC- Challenge 67 Anything with wings.

Todays card challenge is all about wings, so I
chose to do this Mallard Duck for a birthday
card for a friend who actually hunts ducks..
So I got this new embossing folder with this awesome Happy
Birthday image on it. I used a gold brown tone colored card
stock to my embossing and the bottom layer is an 'I Love You"
paper.. The image has been reduced down to fit my
medium size delicate oval frame by Sizzix.. I then used my
Tim Holzs distressed ink Antique linen and went over the entire image
which gives it that gold brownish color . Added a small ribbon that I
also distressed with the T.H. distressed ink so it would match.

I love this Mallard from http://www.eurekastamps.com.
So join us this week at Tammy's Scrapin Corner for
anything with wins.

Fairies challenges Theme: Inspiration image

And here is my card.  I loved the soft  colors. I made this
card for my dear friend who is retiring this year. I have
worked with her for the past 13 years. A hard day for me.
But I think my card works well for this challenge.

I love the softness and elegance of this card
For my back ground I used my dotted swiss
embossing folder . The over lay is from my new Sizzix
elligant embossing folder. I cut out the center
and added my lattic die behind that. My bench
I found on Colorpages.com and added a
fancy swirl.
Flower are from my scrap bend. Have no idea where I got them.
Added two small lavendar butterflies to finish it off.

I will be entering this card at

PS- For the Boys

This weeks challenge is "For the Boys"
I decided to honor our Lord and Savor with
this fabulous card.
My back ground paper is two sided from
a K&CoMPANY Designer stack that I
picked up on sale at Joanns a couple of
years ago.
My embossing folder is the Ornate Frames set
from Sizzix. I embossed it on white then used
my Tim Holz Distressed Ink, Antique Linen to
make the embossed part really pop. I used a
Creative Imaginations sticker for the front along
with a small swirl and small roses..
The inside is from that same sticker pack
and speaks volumes..

I hope that you find my card inspirational and
will join us this week at Perfect Sentiments
With a "For the Boys" card.

God Bless and Happy Scrapin.

Challenge # 66 Theme : Manly Card/Father's Day

This has been a long week for me and it's only Tuesday. 6 more days and
I am free for the summer. Can it get better than that?  I did have allot
of plans for this summer, but with a possible shoulder surgery hanging over
my head, not sure how much will get done again. So for now I am just enjoying
being able to create some fun cards for TSC.

For my manly card this week, I found this darling image on a site called
Coloring pages. Wow, if you haven't been there you really should check
it out. Just type in the subject your looking for and omg. You will get
tons of images to chose for. So here is my little guy.
they don't give you sponsors or who the image belongs too, so I am
thanking who ever did this image now. He is just awesome.
My paper is just a piece of scrap that I have in my bend and it worked
really well on this center step card. My sentiments are from a
sticker set by Jolene's that I had left over from doing my son's growing up
scrap book.

I hope my card has inspired you to find you crafty space and
join us over at Tammy's Scrapin Corner for another fab week
of masterful creation's for fathers day..

Hope to see you again..

PS- Fathers Day Card

It's difficult for me to make cards for fathers day
with my own father and father-in-Law both in
Gods loving hands now. But I still make my husband
a special card each year to remind him of the
fabulous father he is.
My image is from http://robynsfetish.com/
and the sentiment is from coloring pages on
line.. If you have never checked this site out,
make sure you do,,You can find many fun things
there.. That is where I found my sentiment, and the
poem on the inside.
For the inside of this I used my Tim Holtzs
distressed ink then printed my sentiment on it.
I really like the old look of this.

We hope to see you this week over at
for this weeks Fathers Day Challenge.

Happy Scrappin

Challenge # 65 Extra Texture

Couldn't resist doing this cute design for my stack of pre-made
Christmas cards. It's all about texture this week. So I added
textured snow to the tree, shovel, nose and ground. Pretty fun.

My image is from http://www.qkrstampede.com.
They are have some really cute images to work with.
For my background I used scrap snowflake paper and
added a pre-punches tree behind it.. My border is a
Martha Stewart snowflake border punch. and a
Sizzix scalloped circle punch from Sizzix as well.
I love this. Please stop by
to share your textured card for this weeks challenge
Make sure that you add texture and a sentiment to
the front of your card. We would hate to have to eliminate
your beautiful creation if it does not follow all the rules.

Happy Scrappin Pam
