Hello eveyone. Happy to be back with another
card for you to take a look at.. I am a flower nut.
I mean when I get the first chance to plant something
with color, I go for it.. I think that is why I love making
cards with Flowers.
This week our fabulous sponsor is
So I chose to use their Good Morning Glory digi.
This is a double layered pattern.
As you can see I have used a center step card.. One of my
favorites. For the layered look, I copied the image 3 times
colored everything up and then cut two layers apart.
To finish it off, I used a fancy floral sentiment die
and a beautiful paper butterfly..

I hope my card has gotten you inspired to find your
crafty place and join us over at the

SC - February 26th New release.

So it is Saturday for me and I all I want to do is create.. I had done this
card differently, but then changed a few things to make it more Spot On.
I am using a new Digi from The Stamping Chef as well and an image from
QKR store. I think it is a win, win situation.

My image was colored with copic's as always. Really addicted to them. Then
once again I dug into my scrap box and found this cool racing paper. Used
a could of Sizzez punches and some flags from the internet.
Placed a Happy birthday sticker on it with the numbers along the side
to represent a racing sign..
I hope you enjoy my project..

My sister and a friend take turns making our special
monthly calendar pages and this is mine.. I have
never added a digi to my pages before, but thought
this would be something different than I have ever done before.

calendar from my computer.. My digi is from QKR.

Tammy's Scrapin Corner-Challenge # 49 Handmade Embellishments

This week we were challenged to make a
card with a "HAND MADE EMBELLISHMENT"
At first I thought, hand made well, what can I do with that.
Then I started thinking about cards that I have made
and with my digi it just seemed like the perfect project for me..
Here is my card with the tutorial to follow on  making
the hand made trellis.

Here are the items you will need.
Rectangle Die cutter
Card stock of your color choice.
Die cutting machine
paper cutter and glue.
So to get started.
Here is what you will need.

Cut your die out.
then cut the center out of that.
Depending on how big your retangle is
cut I about 16 1/8th" strips.

Working from the back start laying down the strips going from
corner to corner, add a drop of glue on the ends of each strip.. I
liketo use my blue pen which makes placement and amount of
glue just perfect.
Try to keep the spacing the same. Once all trips are layed down
Start criscrossing the other direction.
and this is your finished project

Well, there I have done my first tutorial..I hope this is very helpful
for you and I would love to see what you come up with for
your projects.

Happy Craftin.

what were gonna get to do. This week it

So here is my card.
I actually made mine into a Sherbert cone.
Placed it on a bright green background and a textured
background.. The colored strip down the side I did
varigated papers with my Martha Stewart punch to give
it that layered sherbert look.

Well, I hope this will get your creative juices going
and you'll join us over at The Stamping Chef this week.
